To make an appointment with me, call my office that is located nearest to you (Washington, NC: 252-946-3082; Chapel Hill: 919-493-6329) and leave a confidential recorded message that you want an appointment, a phone number where you can be reached, and some times when you would most likely be available for a return call. I will return your call usually on the same day or the following day. We can then set a time for you to come to the office to discuss face-to-face what is going on with you and what you might need. The initial determination of your needs and whether we both feel that I might be of help to you, often takes several sessions.
